Mrs. Poonam Kapila is Masters in Finance with a rich experience of over three decades. She is on advisory panel of ICT and is a Board member. She plays a key role in leading the CSR activities for ICT, working towards women empowerment, child education and rehabilitation programs. She also heads the panel for ‘employee grievances’ at ICT and women welfare including complaints pertaining to sexual harassment of women at work place.
